Why All Good?

Convenient. 20g of protein in one 100ml shot — with your daily collagen and your daily fibre already in it. One small bottle, three jobs done.

Delicious. Keeping up with your protein has never tasted this good. Three flavours you'd choose on purpose, not endure on principle.

No mess, no stress. No chalky powders, no shaker to wash, no heavy 500ml shakes, no stuffing yourself with yet more chicken. Chill, shake, drink, done.

What's in it?

Ingredients: water, beta-lactoglobulin (whey protein isolate), bovine collagen, acacia fibre, malic acid, citric acid, sodium benzoate, natural flavours.

How do I use it?

Chill, shake, drink. Most people make it a daily habit — with breakfast, as the afternoon pick-me-up, after a walk, or tucked into a travel bag. There's no wrong time; the right time is the one you'll actually keep.

Will I feel bloated?

It's designed not to sit heavily. BLG whey isolate is virtually lactose-free, and there are no thickeners, gums or sugar alcohols — the usual suspects behind that heavy protein-shake feeling. And at 100ml, it's a shot, not a meal.

Can my partner and children have some too?

Of course — it's food, and protein is for everyone, so expect the household to help themselves. We formulated it around what women's bodies need from 40 onwards, but nothing in it is women-only. For young children, whole foods should come first — if in doubt, ask your GP or health visitor.

Before you blame yourself…

It's not because you're lazy.
It's not because you're weak.
It's not because you're getting older.

Perimenopause changes your body. As oestrogen falls, muscle gets harder to hold onto — so no, it's not you. The good news: your muscles still respond to good protein and staying active. One simple daily habit makes getting enough far easier.

Why protein matters more now

During perimenopause, protein matters more than ever.

As oestrogen declines, you lose muscle faster — just as your body needs more protein to hold on. Yet most women fall short through food alone. That's where All Good fits in.

Why compromise?

Three ingredients. One smart formula.

Everything in All Good has a purpose. Nothing is added just to fill space.

Why we chose it

The majority of the protein in every All Good shot comes from 15g of beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) — a premium whey protein naturally rich in leucine, the amino acid most closely associated with maintaining muscle.

Rather than choosing an ordinary protein source, we chose one of the highest-quality dairy proteins available, to help support muscle maintenance as we age.

Complete protein Naturally rich in leucine Supports muscle maintenance Complete amino acid profile

Why we chose it

Every shot also contains 5g of hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides. While protein supports muscle, collagen supports the connective tissues that help keep your body moving and feeling its best.

Collagen is a protein in its own right — so rather than choosing between protein or collagen, All Good gives you both in one convenient shot.

Supports joints Supports skin Supports connective tissue Hydrolysed for easy absorption

Why we chose it

Protein shouldn't leave you feeling heavy. Acacia fibre is a gentle prebiotic that nourishes beneficial gut bacteria while being well tolerated by most people.

It helps support digestive health and makes All Good feel as good afterwards as it does while drinking it.

Finally one I've actually stuck with

At 49 I knew I needed more protein, but chicken and eggs every single day got old fast. This is the one habit that's actually stuck — one in the morning and it's done. My afternoons feel steadier and I only wish I'd started sooner.

It doesn't taste like a protein drink

The taste genuinely surprised me — smooth and light, and because it's water-based it doesn't sit heavy the way milky, dairy protein drinks do. It doesn't feel like a protein drink at all, which is exactly why I've actually kept it up.

The one thing I don't skip

Since perimenopause hit, a big protein breakfast is the last thing I can face — but a 100ml shot I can always manage. It lives in my handbag and it's the one thing I don't skip on a chaotic day. Three months in and it's just part of my routine now.

Protein made simple

I finally understand why everyone talks about protein as we get older. This makes hitting it genuinely simple — no cooking, no thinking, just a quick shot with breakfast.

Great — would love more flavours

The vanilla is lovely and the convenience is unmatched. Only reason it's four stars is I'd happily buy more if there were extra flavours to rotate through.

Questions

Asked, answered.

How much protein do I really need? →

Is this made for perimenopause?

It's an everyday high-protein shot made for women in midlife — when protein needs rise but it gets harder to hit them through food alone. It's food, not a menopause treatment, but it's a simple way to keep your daily protein topped up during this stage.

Can I have it alongside HRT?

It's a food, not a medicine, so there's nothing in it designed to interact with HRT. If you have any specific concerns, your GP or pharmacist is always the best person to check with.

Is it safe to have every day?

Yes — it's simply food: protein, collagen and fibre in a 100ml shot, designed as a daily habit. There's no caffeine, no added vitamins and no stimulants, and 0g sugar. As with any change to your diet, check with your GP if you have a medical condition.

I'm a bit dairy-sensitive — can I still have it?

It contains milk protein (whey), but BLG whey isolate is virtually lactose-free and there are no thickeners or gums, so it tends to sit far more easily than a milky shake. It isn't suitable if you have a dairy allergy.

What does it taste like?

Pick your mood: Strawberry Yoghurt (smooth, lightly sweet), Lemon Lime (bright, clean) or Vanilla (soft, classic). It's water-based, so it drinks light and refreshing — not thick or heavy like a milky, dairy-based protein shake.

Does it need to be refrigerated?

No — it's ambient until opened, so it lives happily in a cupboard, desk drawer or travel bag. It does taste best chilled.

What exactly is BLG whey?

Beta-lactoglobulin, the most concentrated fraction of whey protein and the part naturally richest in leucine. It's why we can fit 20g of protein into 100ml without the chalky texture.

How many shots come in a pack?

Choose 14 or 28 shots — one a day, or however you like to pace them. Free UK delivery on every pack.

Can my partner and children have some too?

Yes — it's simply food, so partners and older children can enjoy it as an easy protein-rich drink. For younger children we'd treat it as an occasional top-up rather than a daily habit. If you're ever unsure, your GP is the best guide.

Is it suitable for me?

It contains milk (whey) and bovine collagen, so it isn't suitable for vegans or anyone with a dairy allergy. It's gluten-free. If you have a medical condition, check with your GP — we make food, not medicine.

What if I don't like it?

No problem at all. If it's not for you, send it back for a full refund — no questions asked. Returns are free, so there's nothing to lose by trying it.
